Delete Account

This page lets you request deletion of your Tailomi account and the data associated with it. Tailomi is published by CBF (bundle id com.cbf.petwalker).

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fastest way: delete your account in the app

Open Tailomi and go to Settings → Personal Data → Delete Account. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (email, Google or Apple sign-in)
• Your profile, avatar and settings
• Your pets, their profiles and photos
• Your walk history, routes and walk map images
• Your friends, invitations and social activity
• Your achievements, levels and other progress on pets you own alone

Pets co-owned with family members are not destroyed: ownership is handed over to another family member. Titles, training sessions, and skill records tied to a shared pet stay attached to that pet but are disconnected from your account — only your personal data is removed.

Processing time and retention

Deletion performed in the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are verified and processed within 30 days. After deletion, residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 more days before being purged. We may keep minimal records where required by law.
